Bror restaurant
Sankt Peders Stræde 24A, 1453 København, Denmark
The word "bror" means brother in Danish and symbolises care, honesty and respect. Bror is run by two young chefs and has a Bib Gourmand in Guide Michelin Nordic Cities 2015. The interior is casual, looks rather like a bistro. Bror focuses on the Nordic cuisine in a creative, modern way. You can find here somewhat crazy, unusual menu such as: fried bull testicles, baked lamb´s head, fried wolffish cheeks inside the wolffish head, lamb’s brain with grain crackers etc.
