Most famous and expensive French restaurant in Brussels. Tables are also in the 'kitchen' where one can observe the food being prepered by the cooks. Chef-owner Pierre Wynants takes great pride in his restaurant's 3* Michelin rating. He maintains it with culinary surprises like sautéed lobster with truffles or memorable roasted lamb. It is recommended to book a table at least a couple of weeks in advance.
