Cable car to Montjuïc hill

The Barcelona cable car crossing the harbour from Barceloneta (Torre de Sant Sebastià) to the hillside park Montjuïc is a great way to discover a beauty of this city from air. But be patient because there can be a very long queue. It is open daily from 10 am to 5 pm (from 2 to 3 pm is closed). Once you arrive at Montjuïc you can enjoy a stroll in the gardens and the views over the harbour and the city.

If you decide to go by a cable car to the Montjuic hill be ready to wait a very long time. I don´t know if it is still true (I was there a couple of years ago) but there are only three cable cars and I never forget that we had to wait three hours!
