Jamie Oliver and American barbecue chef Adam Perry Lang have drawn on traditional cooking techniques from Britain and beyond to create Barbecoa restaurant - a celebration of the relationship between fire and food. Barbecoa will also have an in-house butchery selling quality British meat and cured meat products.
