Parreirinha de Alfama is one of Lisbon's oldest fado houses. The owner Argentina Santos is cooking and also very often singing. The rustic interior with very nice azulejos (tiles) on the walls is cosy and ambience is very authentic. Beside Argentina Santos guests can hear several other singers such as Lina Maria Alves, Tina Santos and Luis Tomar. The speciality of the house of Argentina Santos is arroz de tamboril (monkfish rice).
