Melkweg is one of the best known stages for pop music in the Netherlands. It hosts concerts, dance events and theatre performances, films, photo expositions and media arts presentations in its five halls and several small rooms. It is located near the Leidseplein.

If you ever have the chance to go to a concert in The Melkweg, do it! What I love about the Melkweg is that de concerts there a very intimate. When I watched a concert of Staind over there, I could almost touch him. Also you could walk through the area very easily. I love this kind of locations; it makes watching a concert so much more personal and an unique experience.
