A visit of Reypenaer Cheese Tasting Room is a unique way to spend an hour in Amsterdam. The stuff, who run the shop and workshop, is friendly and fun. They will let you to sit in „a classroom“ at a table for two people with 6 type of cheese and a guillotine to chop slice the cheese up. The instruction what to do and interesting information about cheese is given via video (in English or in Dutch). You can eat as much cheese as you can, including sampling wines. At the end you will get a certificate and a discount in the shop upstairs. It is recommended to book a place in advance.
