Owner Charles Schumann belongs to the jet set of Germany’s cocktail industry and his successful bar and best-selling cocktail recipe book speak for themselves. Perfectly mixed cocktails (many of which he developed himself), excellent small meals and a discreet yet incredibly personal service - all this has combined to create a reputation which is second to none.
