The best fish restaurant in the Old City took its name from the owner, Fisherman Sabahattin coming from the town Bursa located at the Sea of Marmara. This is not a restaurant to go for neither the view nor chic. It is a real fine example of delicious sea food serving by a local family. Open from noon to midnight every day of the week. Reservation is required, and I recommend a table in the garden.
